Innovation Consortium or ICONS South Luzon is a dynamic network of incubators and enablers that supports startup development and spurs innovation in South Luzon. We empower startups and drive regional economic growth through innovative and sustainable solutions.
The program of ICONS South Luzon establishes a regional startup development plan, develop strategies to promote the startup programs of PCIEERD/DOST, establish a pool of mentors and conduct mentorship programs for startups to increase fundability, craft a skills enhancement program for the startup enablers, and implement collaborative programs/activities for the ecosystem.
